Technical Service

Our technical services are in a close relationship with the after sales services. We contact the partners directly through our countrywide network. The first operation and the field operation, the service and spare parts supply of the machines are controlled from here. In the 17 regional centres service engineers direct our mobile service network. Almost 70 technicians visit our customers with well equipped service cars and keep day-to-day contact with the operators and owners.

For those partners who - despite their significant machine park - do not have technicians necessary for the maintenance, repair and operation of the machines, we prepared our complete technical service contract. According to this one technician is always ready and if required, the regional centre provides special technician stuff to professionally perform the contractual duties. The contract includes the wide range of actions from the first operation, obligatory maintenance through repairing the faults occurring during operation even up to the preparation of the machines for the inspections or the MOT test. We offer our two special services because both the cab air conditioning and the electrical units and automatic system checks, maintenance or repair can only be done by really well-trained and experienced experts.
