Our Nagyigmánd repair and manufacturing plant provides the wide range of services. Among our most important services are the overhaul of engines, fuel injection pumps, vehicle electric main parts, turbo chargers and hydrostatic drives but the threshing drum dynamic balancing is also included. The expert handwork is assisted by our dealer services where the factory-trained technicians work with factory technology with approved spare parts. Besides the Iveco-Aifo, Mercedes, Perkins and Rába engines we undertake the overhaul of almost any kind of diesel engines that are delivered to the customer after 10 working hours of dynamometer test and adjustment.
In our Bosch service we are able to repair and regulate on test pad almost any kind of fuel injection pumps, alternators and starters. The overhaul of hydrostatic drives require special knowledge. The overhaul of Linde, Sauer-Danfoss and other similar products are done in our Nagyigmánd workshop. For the overhauled main part we provide 500 working hours or 6 months policy warranty.
Our most important products are the ASZK-2/A combine header trailers manufactured in series. After the single axle model manufactured till now we developed the tandem axle model for the improved ground contact and weight carrying capacity. We also manufacture special trailers for various seeders. From these the VSZK-2/K type is sold to the French Kuhn company, as well.
Supplying special demands the HSZK boat trailer series is suitable for transportation and storage of sail boats and motor boats in the harbour. We also manufacture various press containers, some attachments for loaders and spare parts, of course. As required, we reliably and economically perform the complete overhaul of used machines.
